大阪音楽大学附属音楽高等学校ピアノ科を経て大阪音楽大学器楽学部ピアノ科卒業。湯口美和、横井政子、清水淳彦の各氏に師事。1983年、大阪厚生年金会館（現オリックス劇場）にてデビッド・ハウエル指揮・関西フィルハーモニー管弦楽団と協演しデビュー。

旧奏楽堂、軽井沢大賀ホールをはじめ国内主要ホールで演奏を重ねる。
1985年、ザルツブルク・モーツァルテウム音楽院夏期セミナーでタチアナ・ニコライエヴァ氏に師事、同音楽院でアルフォンス・コンタルスキー、ウィーンでワルター・パンホーファー氏に師事。1988年よりウィーン国立音楽大学コンサート科で研鑽を積み同大学院修士課程を1996年修了。在学中よりウィーン市立音楽院チェロクラスの伴奏教師を務め、 豊かな室内楽経験を培った。さらに ドイツと英国では名教師ペーター・フォイヒトバンガー氏に学ぶ。2008年、音楽事務所「Music Office 小路清忠アーティスツサークル」を設立。マルタのセントラル・アカデミー・オブ・アーツ、長野国際音楽祭などでマスタークラス講師・コンクール審査員を務め、2019年からは横浜国際音楽祭の実行委員長として企画運営にも携わる。2021年、国際音楽家グループProfessional Musicians Worldwideを創設。2022年に京都国際音楽祭ならびに国内外でモーツァルト《ピアノ・ソナタ》全曲演奏会を開催。2023年のデビュー40周年記念公演（富山・横浜）ではバッハ《イギリス組曲》全曲を披露。2024年5月ウィーン「アルフレート・グリュンフェルト没後100年記念コンサート」および11月の日本クラシック音楽祭、2025年11月岸和田文化事業協会主催「ヨハン・シュトラウス生誕記念コンサート」に出演するなど、演奏・教育・プロデュースの領域で国際的な活動を続けている。 

After completing her studies at the Piano Department of Osaka College of Music High School, she graduated from the Piano Department of the Faculty of Instrumental Music at Osaka College of Music. She studied under Miwa Yuguchi, Masako Yokoi, and Atsuhiko Shimizu. In 1983, she made her debut performing with the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of David Howell at the Osaka Kosei Nenkin Kaikan (now ORIX Theater).

She has performed at major concert halls throughout Japan, including the Former Sohgakudo Concert Hall and Karuizawa Ohga Hall. In 1985, she studied under Tatiana Nikolayeva at the Salzburg Mozarteum Summer Academy. She also studied with Alfons Kontarsky at the Salzburg Mozarteum and Walter Panhofer in Vienna. From 1988, she entered the Concert Performance Department at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and completed her master's degree in 1996.

During her time in Vienna, she served as an accompanist for the cello class at the Vienna Conservatory, where she gained extensive experience in chamber music.

She further studied under the renowned pedagogue Peter Feuchtwanger in Germany and the United Kingdom.

In 2008, she founded the music agency Music Office Shoji  Seichu Artists Circle. She has served as a masterclass instructor and competition judge at institutions such as the Central Academy of Arts in Malta and the Nagano International Music Festival.

Since 2019, she has also served as Executive Director of the Yokohama International Music Festival, taking an active role in its planning and administration.

In 2021, she founded the international musicians’ group Professional Musicians Worldwide. In 2022, she performed the complete cycle of Mozart’s Piano Sonatas both in Japan and abroad, and appeared at the Kyoto International Music Festival. In 2023, to mark the 40th anniversary of her debut, she gave complete performances of Bach’s English Suites in Toyama and Yokohama.

She is actively engaged in international activities spanning performance, education, and production. Recent appearances include the Centenary Memorial Concert for Alfred Grünfeld in Vienna (May 2024), the Japan Classical Music Festival (November 2024), and the Johann Strauss Birthday Concert, presented by the Kishiwada Cultural Affairs Association in Osaka (November 2025).

Nach dem Abschluss der Klavierabteilung der angegliederten Oberschule der Osaka University of Music studierte sie an der Fakultät für Instrumentalmusik der Osaka University of Music mit Schwerpunkt Klavier. Zu ihren Lehrern zählen Miwa Yuguchi, Masako Yokoi und Atsuhiko Shimizu. Ihr Debüt gab sie 1983 mit dem Kansai Philharmonischen Orchester unter der Leitung von David Howell im Osaka Kōsei Nenkin Kaikan (heute ORIX Theater).

Sie trat in bedeutenden Konzertsälen in ganz Japan auf, darunter der Alte Sōgakudō und die Ōga Hall in Karuizawa. Im Jahr 1985 studierte sie bei Tatiana Nikolajewa an der Sommerakademie des Mozarteums Salzburg. Weitere Studien folgten bei Alfons Kontarsky am Mozarteum sowie bei Walter Panhofer in Wien. Ab 1988 studierte sie Konzertfach Klavier an der Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien und schloss 1996 das Masterstudium ab.

Bereits während ihres Studiums war sie Korrepetitorin der Celloklasse am Konservatorium der Stadt Wien und sammelte umfassende kammermusikalische Erfahrungen. Zudem studierte sie bei dem renommierten Pädagogen Peter Feuchtwanger in Deutschland und Großbritannien.

2008 gründete sie das Musikbüro Music Office Kiyotada Shoji Artists Circle. Als Dozentin und Jurymitglied wirkte sie unter anderem an der Central Academy of Arts in Malta und beim Nagano International Music Festival. Seit 2019 ist sie zudem als künstlerische Leiterin des Yokohama International Music Festival tätig.

2021 gründete sie die internationale Musikergruppe Professional Musicians Worldwide. Im Jahr 2022 führte sie Mozarts vollständige Klaviersonaten sowohl in Japan als auch im Ausland auf und nahm am Kyoto International Music Festival teil. 2023 präsentierte sie anlässlich ihres 40-jährigen Bühnenjubiläums Bachs vollständige Englische Suiten in Toyama und Yokohama. 

Sie ist international in den Bereichen Konzerttätigkeit, Pädagogik und Produktion aktiv. Zu ihren jüngsten Auftritten zählen das Gedenkkonzert zum 100. Todestag von Alfred Grünfeld in Wien (Mai 2024), das Japan Classical Music Festival (November 2024) sowie das Johann-Strauß-Geburtstagskonzert, veranstaltet von der Kishiwada Cultural Affairs Association in Osaka (November 2025).
